JEE Advanced 2018: Registration Overview, Application Form, Dates & Syllabus
JEE Advanced 2018 is a national level entrance exam is managed by the IIT, Kanpur. Through this exam, candidates will get admission into IITs & ISM. The examination consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, each of three hours duration. Admission criteria of JEE Advanced 2018 has been released officially. The exam will be organized for admission in various undergraduate courses leading to a UG, Integrated PG or UG-PG Dual Degree. Such courses will be offered in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Sciences and/or Pharmaceutics. In fact, JEE Advanced 2018 is a national level entrance exam, which is managed by the IIT, Kanpur. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) advance is an objective based common engineering entrance examination in India, which is conducted for getting admission in IITs institutions.
After clearing this exam, candidates will get admission into various IITs & ISM. This IIT JEE exam is the second stage after JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination). In the revised guidelines issued on the official website JEE ADVANCE, a cap of maximum attempts has been set at 2. Also, the candidates are required to have appeared in their class 12 examinations either in 2017 or 2018 and not earlier than that. The number of candidates who qualify JEE Main and will be considered eligible to sit for JEE Advanced 2018 has been increased to 2, 24,000. It means that the top 2, 24,000 candidates in JEE Main 2018 will be considered eligible for JEE Advanced 2018.
Date of Exam: The examination will be organized on 20th May 2018.
